Browser state while discussing parties, sessions and event days
Cookies are small records that can be returned with requests. localStorage and sessionStorage are other browser stores; rules about access to a device are not limited to files called cookies. The Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 govern relevant storage and access, and the UK GDPR applies where personal information is processed.
The site application creates no cookies and writes no new localStorage or sessionStorage entries. It contains no analytics, marketing tag, embedded Google map or third-party enquiry relay. A displayed address is text that you can copy. There is no map or advertising category to switch on in this version. This describes the application’s behaviour; it is not a promise about every function of your browser, mail service or a separately deployed network service.
Leisure and event requests on your device
A draft about parties, sessions and event days can include event type, preferred date, attendance estimate and age range. An adult should make enquiries about children; do not send children’s full names, photographs or medical records. The service preference and any contact fields you choose are part of that current-page draft; they are not an account, saved customer profile or marketing audience.
Dates, supervision, age suitability, accessibility and venue arrangements require confirmation. No place is reserved by preparing a message, and participation remains subject to the agreed activity requirements. If you save the draft as a file or copy it to another application, consider who can access that destination. Those copies are under your control rather than protected by a website cookie setting.
What is used and for how long
The following inventory distinguishes page memory from device storage. There is no application cookie to accept or reject and no stored preference to renew.
Information controls and older saved choices
The site’s cookie information link opens an explanation of this behaviour. It is not a preference panel and does not activate optional tracking. Clear or replace the enquiry fields to remove the current draft. Editing the original fields clears the generated copy. Page/browser memory can survive history navigation, and browser restoration or autofill can restore form state; closing or leaving the page is not a guarantee of immediate deletion of every browser-held copy. Browser history, autofill, page restoration and clipboard history have their own controls.
An older version may have left keys named cookie-valg or kontaktformular. This version may remove only those older keys as housekeeping; it does not recreate them, save a replacement choice or use them to recover an enquiry. You can also remove site data through your browser’s privacy settings. Removing site data does not delete a downloaded file or a message already handled by an email service.
Page requests and Microsoft links
The hosted page request can include IP address, browser information, time and URL, including an msclkid query parameter on a Microsoft Advertising link. That is separate from application browser storage. The local drafting function does not collect the URL or send enquiry text or browsing events to Microsoft. No UET is installed. The company must assess any hosting-layer cookies or additional deployed services before introducing them, publish a precise inventory and obtain consent where required.
